All payments must be made in full unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change, but changes will not affect payments already made.
GradesPal uses third-party payment providers and is not responsible for issues arising from those platforms.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated clearly for each service or event.
Missed live sessions do not automatically qualify for a refund.
GradesPal reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, misconduct, or policy violation.

GradesPal does not guarantee specific academic results, marks, or admissions outcomes. Student performance depends on individual effort, attendance, and application of the guidance provided.
Our services are designed to support learning, not to complete assessments on behalf of students.
9. Limitation of Liability
GradesPal will not be liable for:

Academic outcomes or examination results
Technical issues beyond our control (e.g. internet outages)
